MR. T is suing Best Buy, because he says their ads "portrayal of Mr. T as a fool thus has the likelihood of injuring Mr. T's business reputation and of diluting the distinct quality of Mr. T's professional persona."
In this case, I pity the fool.
Pardon me while I do this ironic laughing thing.

"The Mr. T persona - act brutish and stupid with some brief glimmers of intelligence mainly concerning fighting someone, or putting down semi-retarded mental patients. Maintain at all times a sour grimace, unless striking someone on the head a grin of pleasure would be appropriate. Drive a Black van, and develop an attachment to it that borders on psychotic. Be VERY afraid of flying; so afraid you must be drugged, don't worry that other parts of the plot (such as service in Vietnam where helicopters are used frequently) seem to contradict your phobia... Most importantly; Collect and wear at all times a minimum of 45 lbs of Gold chains, or at least gold chain replica like props."
and hes worried why?
