ARRRRGG!!! I'm trying to do something really neat, really cool, etc. The only thing that it needs is a SQL database capable of doing a union, and mySQL DOESN'T HAVE IT! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!!!!!!
Update:IT DOESN'T HAVE VIEWS EITHER! GODDAMN FUCKING TINKERTOY DATABASE!

They'll give you all the rows from the left or right table, respectively, joined with the rows from the other table that match. If that won't work, you can always dump the tables to flat files, and merge them however you like.
There's always some way to trick the @&$*& machine into giving you the data you want.

Posted by: Cato the Youngest on March 11, 2003 05:27 PMI got it to work. However, I had to completely restructure the way I built the blogroll table and denormalize it. I had built a nice pretty database structure, now it looks like an Xbase reject. ;-)
