OK, let's give a cheer for one Hollywood bubblehead who gets it. Larry Clark who has directed a bunch of movies, opened up a giant can of whupass on Hamish McAlpine for making a bunch of grotesque anti-American comments:

An enraged Clark, 59, punched McAlpine several times in the face - breaking his nose - choked him, then overturned the dinner table on the bloodied big mouth.

Yup, he's my hero of the hour! And I'm gonna look into renting some of his movies too. But there's no way I'd ever say his movie was better than Star Wars or Patton. However, he's got a good chance of beating Gone with the Wind in my best movie list :)
