Posted by John Bono at October 23, 2002 09:31 PM | TrackBackI am completely stunned. Did the police really need to wait for a phone call to connect the Sept 21 Montgomery, Ala. shootings and while all this was going on, they repeatedly hung the phone up on the informant?
The assailants took a credit card during the Montgomery, Ala. liquor store robbery and they allegedly wanted the police to transfer 10 million dollars to that credit card!
While all the details keep coming out, Mr. Instapundit suggests that this is the kind of terrorism we were most afraid of! It sounds more like that one ex-soldier went crazy.

What is the straight story on this camp?
"The FBI searched a location near Marion known as Camp Ground Zero USA - a training camp for U.S. law enforcement and security experts from other countries, a facility source told Fox News.
FBI sources told Fox News "they are not at liberty to comment" on the investigation and cannot confirm or deny their agents are investigating Camp Ground Zero USA."
First I hear it's an Al Qaeda training camp in Alabama(!). Then it's a militia training camp. Now it's a training camp for cops and international cops?
